1. Acceptance

By browsing saharawonders.com or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

2. What we provide

This site offers information about Sahara Wonders' guided trips and accepts inquiry and booking requests. We do not process payments on this website; payment arrangements are confirmed in writing (typically by PayPal, bank transfer, or cash on arrival) once your booking is accepted.

Bookings are subject to availability. We confirm in writing (email or WhatsApp) within a reasonable window, usually within one to two days.

3. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the trip start date are refunded in full minus any non-recoverable third-party costs. Within 14 days, refunds depend on what we can recover from already-arranged logistics (transfers, accommodation, meals). We agree these terms in writing when your booking is confirmed.

Trips involve real-world conditions (desert weather, animals, rough roads). You participate at your own risk and are expected to follow our guidance on safety.

4. Intellectual property

Text, photos, and other content on this site are owned by Sahara Wonders or our contributors, except where otherwise noted. You may share individual photos with credit to Sahara Wonders. Republishing the site as a whole, repackaging our copy, or scraping for commercial use is not allowed without written permission.

If you submit photos for a trip and we publish them on the site or in our galleries, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display them in connection with that trip.

5. Third-party services

This site uses a number of third-party services. Our Privacy Policy lists them. Two you should be aware of up-front:

  • Sahara Wonders Instagram (read-only): when the site shows recent posts from our Instagram account, those media URLs are served by Meta's CDN. No Meta JavaScript loads in your browser. See Privacy for details.
  • Umami analytics (self-hosted): anonymous aggregate metrics only.
  • External links: clicking an Instagram, Facebook, Tripadvisor, LinkedIn, PayPal, or WhatsApp link takes you to a third-party site.

6. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is always up to date. Photos on the site may have been edited, retaken years later, or taken under different conditions than your trip. Use the information here as a starting point and confirm trip specifics with us directly.

To the extent permitted by law, Sahara Wonders is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version lives at this URL. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of M'Hamid, Morocco.
