Start from M'Hamid around 14h to the Erg Bertam dunes with a camel per person, a guide and cameleer. Riding or walking with the caravan takes 3 hours to arrive at the camp, where tea, sunset, evening music and dinner awaits. Spend the night in the tent in the nomadic comfort, breakfast in the morning and afterward a trip back to M'Hamid with the camels, taking a different route to change the landscape. The night can also be spent in the camp or outside it, with the equipment for cooking and camping taken with us.

M'Hamid - Elbour
We start from M'Hamid at 9 in the morning, together with the camels, your guide and your cameleer. The first lunch break is done in the shade of the great Palmeraie oasis. After the meal, you walk again for about two hours to reach Elbour, where assemble the camp, and admire the palm trees and the magnificent sunset.
Wadi naam - ERG Bertham (5h walk)
After eating breakfast during the pleasant desert morning, you leave the camp with the camels to tackle a new day of walking... You then spend the afternoon in Oued Naam for a picnic and arrive at night for camping in the dune meadows of Erg Bertam. Once again, we take the camp apart (the guide and cameleer deal with all that), and if you want to, get on the camel to enjoy the last moments with them as they will be taken away before the night sets.
Mézouaria - M'Hamid (4h walk)
We go back the way we came, and walk again for about two hours, then have lunch near the small dunes of Mézouaria, and walk peacefully to M'Hamid to arrive at the Riad in the afternoon for a shower and well deserved rest... Then comes dinner and a friendly evening, and a calm night in the comfort of the house.

M'Hamid - Oasis M'Hamid - Sidi Naji
We will start from the Riad in M'Hamid at 8 in the morning, walk for 2.5h to reach the palm trees, and have lunch and some rest. Then we walk for 2h more to reach Sidi Naji. There we set up the camp, have tea served on-site, dinner and spend the night in the tent or outside under the beautiful stars.
Sidi Naji - Erg Ezahar
After breaking our fast, we'll dismantle the camp, load up the camels, and depart from Sidi Naji, walk 2.5h and then picnic under the tamarisk trees. After lunch, we walk for 2h until we reach the Reg crossing to the dunes of Ezahar where we assemble the camp and stay overnight.
Wadi draa - Erg Smar - Kriaat Gemal
Breakfast in the dunes and depart on a 2.5h walk toward the crossing of the Valley of Drâa, then up to Erg Smar (a silted and abandoned old village) for a picnic, then we walk to the small Kriaat-Gemal dunes, and set up the camp for the night.
Lebohr - Erg Bertham
Wake up in the quiet morning, breakfast, and set off on a 2 to 2.5h hike to Lebohr, where we will make the lunch, and then walk again until the Bertam dune where we set up the camp for the night.
Mzouaria - M'Hamid
After breakfast we leave the camp in the Bertam dune, and walk to Mzouaria, where we have lunch and some rest. Afterward we will return to the Riad in M'Hamid for a shower well deserved, then have dinner and a whole night's rest.
Get a bus from Marakkesh to M’Hamid. There are three routes:

Departure from Zagora every half an hour (price €2.50). Use the map of Morocco. Find Ouarzazee. Follow the national road N9 through the beautiful Draa valley. After Zagora, continue to the end of the road until you arrive in M’Hamid.

We can also pick you up from the airport (we have to make a request for that). The first and the last night is spendt in the local riad in M'Hamid Elghizlan. We bring good food on the trips, and prepare the meals with great care. For lunch we have different kinds of salads and fruits, and tagines and soup in the evening. The trips by camels all start from M'Hamid, you can walk or ride the camels, and the camels can carry your luggage, food and water. M'Hamid Elghizlan is located 455km from Marrakech. After the trip you can also go to a local hamman in the village, which costs 1€ per person.
